Tracking studies allow for continuous observation of products and services in comparison to the offers of competitors. A key measure is the effectiveness of steps and actions that were implemented during the observation period. The basic structure of the questionnaire remains the same for each wave of polls. However, this tool makes it possible to respond flexibly to new developments and situations and to document their effects on the market.
